HoD server meeting

HoD meeting Saturday Feb 2nd in Hoelbrak at the Snow Leopard Lodge 4 PM server time!

Please try to get the word out to as many guild leaders as possible. This discussion will be centered around HoD PvE, WvW and server wide events.

Here is a tentative program order, because it'll probably help us keep more focussed, and minimize any time potentially wasted. Please let me know if anything should be added to or changed (time estimates are in server time):

4:00pm - Start meeting with introduction to HoD, the site, mumble services, Denravi initiative and commanders present
4:20pm - PvE => getting Zone of the Day, temple clearance or other server-wide PvE efforts underway
4:50pm - HoD party => date of party, donation efforts, events and publicity
5:20pm - WvW => what can be done to improve coordination, and communication in the field

Not sure how wide spread everyone will be. If it's a small group, we could use local chat, or possibly use a commander's squad chat, or map chat even. I guess we'll see the most practical solution then. Be prepared to try all chat channels if you find us in silence. I'm sure someone will be talking

Also, as a suggestion - please stand with the members of your guild if you come as a large group so you'll be instantly recognizable during the introductions

Hmm it was a big turn out. Guild SD had the most ppl kekeke. We occupied an entire wing. Thx again for those that showed up and made our guild look so bad ass

In a nutshell, these guys r trying to do what our guild is doing-- organize giant temple runs, map completions, and coordinated wvw warfae hehe.

It will be pretty darn cool to see 1000s of HOD do what this guild has been doing for so long. In fact, at the meeting ppl have asked if they can join us at temple runs and mapping etc etc and we were very proud to kno that outsiders kno we run gw2 like pro's

So naturally we couldnt turn them down hahahha

SD had really grown rapidly fast, from a mere 100+ish guild to what we are now today. Yep, am proud of our achievements so far, loyal and helpful leaders and team leaders. ^^

Haha, true that they just wanna follow what we do, it takes effort tho, and as usual, organizing it as a World itself isn't easy compared to a guild. we will see what they can do and they had way too much to learn from us.

But of cause, we can't just stop here. There's tons of things that we need to map out and make sure our guild is the best guild not just in HoD but in GW2. I might be ambitious but I think that's achievable if we can work hand in hand together

Let's make SD the best place to stay in, have fun in and to grow together in ^^
