Don't know why you choose that sigil on your dagger.
In PVE, you already have staff#4(CD 25s) dagger#4(CD 18s) and healing skill(CD 25s) can cure conditions or transfer them to your enemy. So you may not have enough conditons can be transfered to enemy.Monsters in PVE can't apply conditions fast enough. This sigil can hit enemies who apply conditions fast,like necros in AC or FOTM cliffside boss. This sigil suit high precision and few condition-healed skill class to hit condition applyers hard. So this sigil might called "Necromancer's worst enemy" but not "Necromancer's Best friend". lol
