HR Managers
- Recruitment & Management
- Guild Stash/ Trove Management
- Guild Events Management
- Organise Various events I.e. (Team bonding , friendly competition) rewards: gems, items, gold (depending on guild fund)
- People Management
- Approval/Rejection of rank promotion

Requirement:
- Must be a recruitment officer
- Has proven track record of actively helping the guild by doing HR administrative work
- Enjoy and willingness to help guild members
- Willingness to take up more responsibility
- Willingness to volunteer to help the guild with other events (I.e. WvW/dungeon/etc) by the leaders and assistant leaders when required

WvW Leaders
- Organize daily Guild WvW
- Promote & Educate importance of WvW to members
- Lead squadron to victory
- Formulate strategy for major events
- Build up fame of the Guild
- Source and promote potential members
- Strategic planning during major events (with guild leaders meeting room)
- search for potential team leaders who can assist you and sending mail to HR manager for rank promotion

Requirement
- Must be a WvW Conqueror
- Has proven track record of participating actively and organizing WvW events
- Have passion in WvW and enjoys doing it
- Willingness to help the guild by promoting and educating WvW to guild members
- Enjoy leading a party/squadron
- Enjoy formulating strategy for every WvW events
- Willingness to volunteer to help the guild with other events (I.e. WvW/dungeon/etc) by the leaders and assistant leaders when required

Dungeon Masters
- Excellent knowledge in various dungeons
- Willingness to help members in runs
- Promote Runs to help members to gear up
- Get members feel engaged that they are in an awesome & helpful guild
- search for potential team leaders who can assist you and sending mail to HR manager for rank promotion

- Must be a Dungeon Raider
- Have proven track record of helping Guild members in dungeon runs
- Have passion in dungeons and enjoy doing it
- Enjoys helping guild members and help them to gear up
- Willingness to run dungeons for guild members when required
- Willingness to volunteer to help the guild with other events (I.e. WvW/dungeon/etc) by the leaders and assistant leaders when required

Team leaders a.k.a Assistant leaders
Recruitment Officers
- Assist HR managers with the recruitment
- Assist HR managers in managing guild stash
- Assist in organizing events for the guild
- Source for potentials and promotion of members to senior guild member, compose and send mail at the same time.
- Inform your managers on the promoted promotees (members to senior guild member)

- Must be at least a Senior Guild Member
- Have interest in progressing and passion in helping the guild
- Enjoy participating and organizing of events for the welfare of the guild
- Enjoy dealing with HR administrative works

WvW conqueror
- Assist your leaders in organizing WvW events for the guild
- Willingness to do WvW with your leaders when required
- Formulate and strategy discussion with your leaders
- Help promote and educate members of WvW
- Wish to help boost guild reputation through WvW events with guild members
- Help leaders to identify potential WvW conquerors and inform your leaders (must be at least a snr member of the guild)

- Enjoy participating and organizing of WvW events for the guild
- Strong passion in WvW and able to prioritize WvW events when required

Dungeon Raider
- Assist your leaders in organizing dungeon events for the guild - Willingness to do dungeons with your leaders when requires
- Willingness to help guild members to gear up by doing dungeons
- Help promote and educate members of dungeon
- Have good knowledge in most dungeons
- Must love dungeons raider
- Help leaders to identify potential dungeon Raiders and inform your leaders (must be at least a snr member of the guild)

- Must be at least a Senior Guild Member
- Have interest in progressing and passion in helping the guild
- Enjoy participating and organizing of Dungeon events for the guild
- Strong passion in Dungeon and able to prioritize Dungeon events when required
- Willing to participate in major events organized by the guild (WvW/PvP/any others)

Senior Guild Member
- Willingness to participate in various activities
- Enjoy helping the guild member
- Willingness to be engaged and enjoys participating guild events

Requirement
- Must be at least a guild member (not new recruit)
- Proven track record of at least a week of contributions (through various means, can be donations, participating in guild events, willingness to socialize with the guild)

SD Guild Member
- Enjoys the fun of being in the most awesome guild in HoD
- Willingness to be part of the family
- contribute in whichever methods

- Must be a new recruit
- Willingness to represent the guild
