OK. we are getting good turnouts for events, but we need more structure from the leaders.

1. In the future, the events should be posted in the forums no less than 1 week in advance of the event. Planning by the leaders will be done prior to the events. Example: Leaders are online 1 hour or 30 minutes before event starts. They will set up their squads, meaning they will have a junior leader in party with them and ready to recruit and fill up the squad with 3 members. 5-10 minutes before the event starts, we will have members meet at a said location to begin filling up squads. This should ensure the event gets started around the intended time.

2. Groups shall be made up of 1 leader, 1 junior leader, and 3 members. The leaders are Hr Managers, WvW warlords, Dungeon Masters. The junior leaders are Recruiting Officers, WvW conquers, and Dungeon Raiders. The leaders should be on raidcall before the event starts.

3. A structured layout of the event shall be posted, and what the prizes are, and if there is multiple prizes e.g.- 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. or only 1 prize. Time and place of said event, and the type of event. (This area we do pretty well lol). The team leaders need to be aware of what the prizes are, and make sure they are in the bank, to be handed out after the event.

4. When an event is posted to the forums, the team leaders should reply to the event if they can attend or help out with it. When the event is posted lock the thread so only the leaders can reply. Exception is when the event itself warrants that the members of the guild need to sign up for it.

Hopefully by making sure these 4 steps are followed we will have much smoother events.
